How many people will I need to install the structure?
At least 2 people are required to set up and take down the chuppah or arch. If you have three people, that works too! Detailed instructions will be given with each rental along with safety tips for a smooth installation.
Do I need a large vehicle or truck to transport the structure?
No large truck needed! A standard car will fit all the pieces (4 corners, 4 legs that are each 6 feet long, and 4 arms that are each 5 feet long). The pieces are all easy to lift and transport.
Do you have the dates available that I need?
Please fill out our inquiry form to check on availability, or to ask us any other questions. We will be happy to help!
Do you provide set-up and takedown for weddings?
Not at this time, but we hope to offer this down the road as our business grows. Right now, we consider the additional cost of this service and subtract it from our prices, resulting in a lower rental cost for you.
Do you have insurance for your rentals?
We do not insure our rentals. Instead, we require a fully refundable deposit of $500, which is refunded via the original form of payment when the rental is returned. The purpose of the deposit is to protect our business from loss due to damage, late cancellations, or past due returns.
Do you provide decoration or coverings for the chuppahs and arches?
Not at this time. This is another extra that we may offer later on!
How much is the cost of the rental?
Rentals cost $400 for a 7 days, or $700 for 14 days. We also take a $500 refundable deposit when we confirm a booking, and the deposit is secured to cover late cancellations or damage.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, Venmo, PayPal and direct transfer are all accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 72 hours notice for any date changes or cancellations. If the cancellation is made past 72 hours, we will keep half of the deposit.
We have an outdoor wedding. What if it rains?
The wood was treated with a sealant that should protect it from a little bit of light rain, but it should not be used in heavier rain or left in a downpour or on soggy or muddy ground. A backup plan should be in place in case of rain for an outdoor ceremony.
